CAD DESIGN
Our main activities are development of cockpit components & car lighting from concept design to optimization of serial parts.
The main focus is on the mechanical design of car interior parts, assemblies. Especially centre console area, shifting area, mechanical design of car headlamps, signal lights, mappings lights.
Our other design activities are mechanical design of test fixtures, e.g. vibrating, photometric jigs, mechanical design of mounting jigs.
We perform numerical simulations of stiffness, strength, dynamics and durability using the finite element method.
Based on FEM simulations, we also perform design and optimization of the structure for given mechanical and thermal loads.
